# Releases

A release is an album, EP, single or pack. One track can be in several releases.

## See your releases

Open **Releases** in the sidebar. Click a release to see its tracks and details.



## What a release has

A release has a title, type, date, link, UPC and Released by. The type is set automatically from the number and length of tracks, until you choose it yourself. **Pack** is always set by hand.

To add a track to a release, open the track card and click **+ Add to release**. For several tracks, use the bar in [Edit many tracks](../edit-many-tracks/).
