Everything you need to manage your catalogue.

Plans differ only in how many tracks and computers you need. Nothing you already use will be moved into a higher plan later.

See all features
  • A status for every platform. Live, to upload, in review, rejected or not marked — for each track, on each place you send it.
  • Lists. One per project, alias or client, each with its own set of platforms.
  • The track card. Metadata, tags, names on each platform, versions, ISRC and ISWC codes, notes.
  • Duplicate name warnings. Before you offer a track exclusively somewhere, you see if the title is already in your catalogue.
  • Search and filters. By platform, status, year, genre, mood and more — for example, every track not live on a platform yet.
  • Releases. Albums, EPs, singles and packs, with UPC, release date and link.
  • Import. Bring in your spreadsheet (Google Sheets, CSV or Excel) or a folder of tracks. You see the result before anything is saved. Your spreadsheet is not changed.
  • Export. Your whole catalogue, or any part of it, back to a spreadsheet at any time.
  • Backups. One every time the app starts, plus a second folder of your choice — iCloud, Dropbox or an external drive.
  • Your own fields, tags and checks. Turn any field on or off, or add your own.
  • Fill mode. Click a value in the track card and it goes straight into an upload form in your browser.
  • Insights. How many tracks you wrote each year, and how your catalogue is spread across platforms.

How the license works.

You buy the app, not access to it. The 12 months are about updates only.

The day you buy

You get tracklog and 12 months of updates.

You get every new version released in those 12 months.

After 12 months

It keeps working. You keep the last version you received.

Open, edit, export and back up your catalogue as before. You pay nothing more.

Whenever you want

Want new versions again? Get 12 more months of updates for half the plan price.

The new 12 months start on the day you pay, so a year you skipped costs you nothing.

In the works.

tracklog came out in September 2026. It has had 8 updates since. Everything released during your 12 months is included.

  • In testing

    Your track files

Show tracklog the folders with your music. Each track finds its project, versions and stems. Open them from the track card. Nothing is moved or renamed.

  • In testing

    A player in the catalogue

Press play on any track. It plays from your drive. Pick a version in the player bar.

  • Exploring

    An assistant for your catalogue

Ask in plain words: which tracks are not on Artlist yet? It suggests changes. Nothing changes until you click Apply.

Questions.

Which plan do I need?

Count your tracks and your computers. Up to 75 tracks on one computer — Starter. More tracks, or a desktop and a laptop — Pro. More than two computers, or you’d rather send your spreadsheet and get a ready catalogue back — Studio. The features are the same in all three.

What happens right after I pay?

Your key appears on the next page and arrives by email. Open Settings → License and paste it. Nothing to reinstall.

I already have a spreadsheet. Do I have to type it all again?

No. Import takes your CSV or Excel file as it is, including a sheet exported from Google Sheets. tracklog finds the platform columns and turns words like uploaded, pending and rejected into statuses. You see the result before anything is saved, and your spreadsheet is not changed.

My catalogue is over 75 tracks. What happens on Starter?

Nothing breaks. When you paste a Starter key into a catalogue with more than 75 tracks, tracklog tells you before activating. Over the limit, the catalogue stays open: you can read, search, export and delete tracks. Adding and editing wait until you move to Pro. Moving up costs the difference, $60. Write to hi@tracklog.studio and you get the new key.

How does help with moving in work?

What you buy is the app. Studio also includes help getting started with it: send your spreadsheet by email and get it back as a ready tracklog catalogue to open. It isn’t sold separately. There are 8 places a month; if this month is full, you’ll be told when the next free one is.

What happens after 12 months?

Nothing stops. Want new versions again? Get 12 more months of updates for half the plan price ($19, $49 or $99). The new 12 months start on the day you pay, not from where the old ones ended, so a gap costs you nothing. Your price for more updates stays the same even if list prices go up.

How do I move my license to a new computer?

On the old computer, open Settings → License and choose Remove from this computer. Then paste the same key on the new one. If the old computer died or was sold, paste the key on the new one anyway. tracklog lists the computers that use it, and you can remove the old one right there. If your updates have ended, tracklog installs the newest version your license includes.

Does it work on Windows?

Yes. tracklog runs on macOS and Windows. A key is not tied to a system: on Pro and Studio your computers can be any mix of Mac and Windows.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No account. A key is activated online once on each computer; after that tracklog works offline. Your catalogue is stored on your computer; tracklog never sends it anywhere.

Can I take my catalogue out again?

Yes, at any time, with or without a key. Export your whole catalogue, or any part of it, to a spreadsheet. The catalogue itself is a file on your computer, and tracklog makes a backup copy every time it starts.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. Email hi@tracklog.studio from the address you bought with, or use the refund link in your receipt. The key stops working; your catalogue stays on your computer, readable and exportable.

I lost my key.

Your key is on the page you see after paying, and in the email that comes with it. If you lose both, write to hi@tracklog.studio from the address you bought with, and you’ll get it again.

Is there a free plan?

No. There is a trial of the full app instead: 14 days of work, counted only on days you open it. Import your own catalogue and decide.

Still deciding?

Try it on your own catalogue for 14 days, or ask anything at hi@tracklog.studio.
