Troubleshooting on a Mac

The first time, macOS asks: tracklog is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it? Click Open. It asks only once: the app is signed and checked by Apple.

If macOS says the app is damaged or cannot be checked, delete the file and download it again from this page. If it happens again, write to hi@tracklog.studio.

Troubleshooting on Windows

Edge may say the file isn’t commonly downloaded. Click the three dots, then Keep. A window opens. Click the small arrow next to Delete, then Keep anyway.

Windows SmartScreen shows a blue window for programs it has not seen many times yet. tracklog is new, so you may see it. Check that the file came from this page, tracklog.studio/download, and is named Tracklog_1.1.0_x64-setup.exe. Then click More info, then Run anyway.
